Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom, handmade, and/or print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders, except as required by law or as expressly stated in this policy.

Custom, Handmade, and Print-on-Demand Items

All items are created specifically upon order and cannot be resold. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Colors, textures, materials, and final appearance may vary slightly from online product images
  2. Minor variations and imperfections are inherent to handmade and print-on-demand items and do not constitute defects

These variations are not considered damage or defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for an exchange if you notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.  To request an exchange, please contact us at shop@craftedinseaside.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the damage or defect
  3. Clear photographic evidence of the item and original packaging

Requests submitted after 30 days or without sufficient documentation may be denied.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.  Approved exchanges will be issued for the same item only, subject to availability.  Refunds will not be issued in place of an exchange.  We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom, handmade, and print-on-demand products (except for verified damage or defects)
  • Items that are not damaged or defective
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will cover shipping costs for approved exchanges related to damaged or defective items.
